1) Click on Member Login on the left
2) Find your name by typing in your last name and then enter your password (if you do not know your password call the club at 250-754-3123)
3) Select Squash Court under Book/Cancel
4) Choose your court and time
5) Select your opponent by typing in their last name (it will show a list of players as you start typing in their name)
Your court is now booked and both players will receive an email notifying them of the booking (if there is an email address on file)
COURT CANCELLATIONS
IMPORTANT: If you can not play, please cancel your court so others can book it.
Court cancellation instructions:
login and click View/Cancel My Current Bookings then select the booking time and click on cancel selected bookings. This way the court will be released and anyone on the waiting list will be notified that it is available automatically. |
